Ask us directly what you want to know. Whether it's a specific recommendation, a factual question, or feedback on what we've published, a clear question gets a better answer.
A few things to keep in mind about how Hearth Handbook works. We don't accept advertising or paid partnerships from restaurants, which means our recommendations are always independent. We also don't book reservations or handle complaints directly with restaurants on your behalf — that conversation is between you and the restaurant. If you've had a bad experience, we want to hear about it for our own research, but we can't act as an intermediary.
Restaurant hours and menus change frequently, so before you visit anywhere we've mentioned, check their website or call ahead to confirm they're open and that your favorite dish is still available. We do our best to stay current, but the most up-to-date info always comes straight from the source.
